Arlena Sue Short, 59, of Glasgow Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 3,
2021 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late William Harlen
Watkins and Margaret Sue Davidson Watkins Wilson. She was retired from
Key Cleaners.
She is survived by her husband: Tony Pierce; three sons: Chris Short
(Kayla), Travis Mizell (Cheyanne) and Paul Pierce; three grandchildren:
Raelynn Short, Xander Mizell and Bentlee Short; three brothers: Wayne
Watkins (Shelly), William Watkins (Patty) and Shannon Bow Watkins (Misty);
three sisters: Stacy Smith (Marty), Katherine Hucklebee (Jessie) and Teresa
Bow; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service for Arlena Sue Short will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the Hatcher & Saddler
Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation
will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
