BOWLING GREEN — Authorities in Warren County seized Thursday over four pounds of cocaine during a drug arrest.

An investigation and surveillance was initiated by the Drug Task Force and the United States Postal Inspection Service. Authorities arrested Terry T. Martin, 37, in connection to the investigation.

Detectives observed a suspected package of drugs delivered to Martin’s residence along Dye Ford Road. Police said Martin purportedly took the package into his possession.

A search warrant was executed at his home, and over four pounds of cocaine, a handgun and $678 cash was seized. The cocaine was valued at $60,000, police said.

Martin was lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail Thursday afternoon. He was released shortly before midnight, according to jail records.

He faces charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
