Larry Wayne Button, 72, entered into rest November 9th, 2022, at TJ Samson Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a farmer, factory worker, and worked in construction. Larry was a lifelong resident of the Temple Hill community which he loved.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George L. and Helen (Pedigo) Button; a brother, Freddie Button; a nephew, Brady Button; his two beloved dogs, “Bud” and “Camo”.

He is survived by his companion and lifelong friend, Zell Page; a sister, Linda Button; three nephews, Brian, Blake and Brock Button; one uncle, Charles Pedigo (Jeralyn); his devoted chocolate lab, Lilly Lou Button.

Larry was a 1968 graduate of Temple Hill High School where he was an athlete on the football team and enjoyed different kinds of sports. He was of the Baptist faith. Larry was interred beside his parents at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. There will be a Memorial Service held at a later date at the gravesite.

We would like to express sincere thanks and gratitude to the Ronnie Murley Family for not only being  kind and helpful neighbors, but true friends during Larry’s illness and time of need. Our warmest thank you to the home health nurses and all the dedicated care givers for the excellent care he received.

A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Button.
