GLASGOW — A fire erupted at a local barbecue restaurant on Tuesday.
Units arrived at Bucky Bee’s BBQ at 205 Rogers Wells Boulevard around 10:48 a.m. All occupants of the building had evacuated, according to a news release.
Smoke was showing from the roof of the structure. Fire officials extinguished the blaze. They said it was contained to the grill and hood system but did not specify how the fire began. Scanner traffic indicated it could have been a grease fire.
Units were on the scene for about two hours. No injuries were reported.
