(Frankfort, KY) In part two of WCLU News’ conversation with State Representative Steve Riley, we cover House Bill 611. Otherwise known as “The Truancy Bill”, Riley explained that the legislature is focusing on making sure students are attending school. After the conclusion of the Covid 19 pandemic, these challenges have been exponentiated.
