James Randall Lockett, age 92, of Hardyville, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Shanti Niketan Hospice Home in Glasgow.
He was a native of Hart County, and was a member of the Fairview Church of Christ. Randall was employed by the Hart Co. ASCS, was a proud employee of the Horse Cave Tobacco Warehouse No.1, and was a lifelong farmer. He was the son of the late James Butler Lockett, and Nora Catherine Richardson.
Along with his parents, He is preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Davidson Lockett, and one sister, Patsy Ann Lockett.
He is survived by two sons, Gary Lockett (Darlene), and Jeff Lockett (Teresa), one daughter, Ancy Glass (Leland), grandchildren, Tarry Lockett (Erin), Todd Lockett (Elizabeth), Bethann Neville (Bruce), Adam Glass, Rayna Rudd (Bryce), Clay Glass, great-grandchildren, Peyton Lockett, Adalynn Neville, Sawyer Lockett, Lane Neville, and Brooks Rudd, one sister-in-law, Doris Wallace (Rex).
Funeral Services will be held at Winn Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will be on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., and after 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in the Cosby Cemetery.
