Barbara Ann Neal Poston age 63 of Bowling Green, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Sunday evening at her residence. Barbara was born in Glasgow to the late Homer Neal and Runell Pedigo Davis. She is also preceded in death by her step father Joe Davis, a sister-in-law Sherry Martin and her Father-in-law, Carl Poston. She Attended Hillvue Heights Church. Barbara was a Credit Manager for Fruit of the Loom, she worked at DESA International for 27 years as a Secretary, was the Bookkeeper for 25 years for the Richardsville Vol. Fire Department. She loved to travel and was an avid reader.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 42 years Randy Poston. Daughter Jessica Poston Gassaway (Adam). a son Nathan Poston both of Bowling Green. Grandson Landon Gassaway. Sister, Kathy Neal of Glasgow, a brother, Wayne Neal of Bowling Green. Step-brother, Ernest Davis (Rose) of Bowling Green. Brother-in-law Tim Poston (Sharon), Mother-in-law Leona Poston. Several aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Along with her furry best friend Shelby.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday and after 9:00 am Thursday all at the J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel. Funeral service will be at 12 noon Thursday, with burial to follow in the Bowling Green Gardens
