Roy Lewis Jenkins, age 73 of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.
Funeral service will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 at 11am at Crafton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sulphur Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4pm until 8pm Thursday and after 6am Friday at the funeral home.
A native of Simpson County, he was the son of the late Johnny Jenkins and Pauline Jenkins. Roy was retired from Weyerhaeuser after 30 years of service. He was most recently employed by Lowes in Franklin.
He is survived by his children – Kyle Jenkins (Angel) of Gallatin, Tennessee and Brandon Jenkins of Bentonville, Arkansas; grandchildren – Ashley Renner (Brandon) of Franklin and Kelsey Jenkins (Garren) of Garfield, Arkansas; great grandchildren – Noah Stewart and Emma and Braxton Renner.
