Ms. Linda L. Woolley, age 77, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, at her residence.
Linda was born February 16, 1947, in Merced, CA, to the late John W. Smith and the late Betty Jean Shipley. She is also preceded in death by one sister, Gina Smith and four brothers, John Smith, Jr., Ronnie Smith, Charles Smith and Buzzy Smith, and her two granddaughters, Cassidy Dubree, and Chloe James.
She is survived by her two daughters, Tammy Elliott and Cammie Howton both of Bowling Green, KY; one sister, Brenda Dupree of Fresno, CA; five grandchildren, Austin Dubree, Connor Bowles, Keira James, Kayleigh James, and Kyiah Howton. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Linda enjoyed gambling, playing poker and stocks and was strong in her political beliefs. She also loved her grandchildren dearly.
The family has entrusted J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with arrangements.
Linda’s wishes were to be cremated and there are currently no services scheduled.
