Eva Lee Freeman, 63, of Edmonton KY, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024, at her home. She was born in High Point, North Carolina on February 6, 1961, to the late Daniel and Betty Phips Freeman.
Eva loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, the father of her children, Earl McMahan; her brother, Lynn Parker; and her niece, Alicia Thurmon.
Survivors include, sons, Junior Roper (Amanda) and Samuel McMahan; daughters, Anna Nelson and Brittany McMahan; grandchildren, Edward, Dalton, Paige, Conner, Haven, Spencer, Pandora, Ruth, Lucas, Adrianna, Leo, and Jacob; sisters, Pam Jones, Rita Cutshaw, Deana Dyer, and Lisa Freeman.
In honor of Ms. Freemans wishes, cremation was chosen by the family. There will be a memorial service on January 4, 2025, at 1:00pm held at Arlington Baptist Church, 670 Hughes Branch Rd. Bryson City, North Carolina. McMurtrey Funeral Home is handling local arrangements.
