Judith Marie Hans Ward, 84 passed peacefully on December 25, 2024 at her residence.
The Indianapolis, Indiana native was the daughter of the late Maurice and Velma Redmond Hans. She was preceded in death by a son, Brian Ward. Judith attended Hillvue Church, she sang in the Sweet Adelines. She loved attending sports, especially when her family was in them. Judith was administrative assistant for Bendix Brakes.
Her survivors included her son, Brad Ward (Emily); six grandchildren, B.J. Ward (Susannah), Janelle Ward, Brittany Harrer (Mark), Brandon Ward, Blake Ward and Macie Ward; six great grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Washington Park Cemetery East in Indianapolis, Indiana on Monday. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
