Kenneth Buford ‘Ken’ Davis

Kenneth Buford “Ken” Davis, 80 of Glasgow, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 after a brief stay at TJ Samson Community Hospital surrounded by family. He was born in Metcalfe County, the son of the late William Buford “Will” and Eula Lee Pedigo Davis. Ken was a lifelong member of Glenview Christian Church and dedicated his life to God, his family, and the family business, Ken Davis Produce. He never met a stranger and enjoyed every minute of speaking with his customers. He was loved by many.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine “Jerri” Davis; four children, Kenneth “David” Davis and wife Karen Davis of Glasgow, Sandra “Sandy” Davis of Louisville, Jonathan Davis and wife Leslie Davis of Horse Cave, Jennifer Davis of Glasgow; eight grandchildren, Rachel Davis Zettlemoyer (Scott), Jessica Fields, Harrison Davis (Abigail), Jaden Fields, Jenson Fields, Lettia Davis, Carson Davis, Conway Davis; three great grandchildren Nala, Indi, and Paislee; 1 brother Rondal Davis (Helen) of Edmonton, and 1 sister Mary Helen Loscomb of Scottsville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Elaine Davis, two brothers, Paul Davis and Lonnie Davis, and one sister, Lillian Davis West.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2024 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
