Joan Carol Ray, 69, of Windyville passed away March 18, 2025 at her home.
The Yonkers, NY native was a retired employee of General Motors UAW Local 664 in North Tarrytown, NY, a member of Edmonson County Homemakers and a member of Red Hill General Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late John McPhee and Ann Sedemic McPhee. She was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Marie.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are her husband, Glenn Alan Ray; and two sisters, Margaret Reagan (Patrick) of New York and Carol McPhee of Cape Canaveral, FL.
