David Francis Decker

David Francis Decker age 77 of Bowling Green, died Thursday in Nashville at the Skyline Hospital. The Bowling Green native was the son of the late William Orville and Clarsie Ophelia Hewgley Decker. He served in the United States Army and was retired Meat Processor for Omni Meat Plant. David was a Baptist. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Paul Decker, William Estill Decker, Maxie Eugene Decker, and Myron Leo Decker, sisters Brenda Joyce Bell and Eva Marie Albaro. A nephew William Joe Glenn.

David is survived by his children, Chris Banbury of Florida, Casey Decker (Amber) of Bowling Green and Star Jamison (John) of Tennessee. Grandchildren, Tyler Decker (Gabby), Hunter Decker (Brooke) both of Bowling Green, Shiloh and Judah Jamison of Tennessee. Great grandchildren, Lucas and Leia Decker and Blakely Faircloth. Sisters and brothers, Nina Thacker (Harvey) of Bowling Green, Toni Noland of Indiana, Robert Decker (Wanda) of Michigan and Wendell Decker of Bowling Green. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday and after 11:00 am Thursday both at the J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel. Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Thursday at the J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel, with burial to follow in the Bowling Green Gardens.
