The Cave City Council will meet for its regular session on Monday, April 14, at 5 p.m. at city hall. The agenda includes financial updates, continued discussion on an entertainment district, and new proposals regarding youth regulations and public recreation.
A second reading of an ordinance establishing an entertainment district is set to take place. The proposal, which has been under review in recent meetings, would allow patrons to carry alcoholic beverages within a designated area downtown.
Craig Thomas, president of RBS Design Group, is scheduled to update council members on the Cave City location for the Boys and Girls Club.
New business includes an initial review of an ordinance which seeks to implement a curfew for juveniles. No further details about the curfew were given in the agenda.
