A graduate of Alvaton High School, Mr. Pemberton devoted his life to 40 years of employment at WRECC as a Field Engineer and was also a farmer. He was a member of Rich Pond Baptist Church where he was fortunate to serve on numerous trips with the Mission Team. He was a member of the Kentucky Baptist Association Disaster Relief Team.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nadine Hinton Pemberton; two sons, Tim Pemberton (Kathy) and Scott Pemberton (Robin); one daughter, Terri Brogli; one brother, Charles Pemberton (Judy); ten grandchildren, Emma Brogli, Anna Brogli, Hunter Kepley, Lindsay Pemberton Ramey, Ally Pemberton Gaebler, Logan Pemberton, Sarah Pemberton, Sydney Pemberton, Sophie Pemberton and Lin Pemberton; eleven great grandchildren, Colton Kepley, Carter Kepley, Kaiere Kendrick, Evie Ramey, Baylor Ramey, Oakley Ramey, Tyce Gaebler, Nash Gaebler, Tripp Gaebler, Mallie Pemberton and Remi Pemberton.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Rich Pond Baptist Church with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Rich Pond Baptist Church and again from, 11:00 am to service time on Thursday at the church. Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
