Helen Wolfe

Helen Wolfe, 75, of Alvaton, KY passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024 at her residence.  The Bowling Green, KY native was a retired cook at Greenwood High School and former beautician.  She was a singer on WBKO Gospel Train by the name of Helen Stout and sang in several churches in the area.  The last church she sang in was East Willow Church of God where she attended for 36 years.  She was the daughter of the late Floyd Burnis Stout and Lillie Maude Welch Stout and wife of the late Paul Ottis Wolfe. 

She is survived by 2 sons:  Brad Wolfe and wife, Laura, Alvaton, KY and David Wolfe and wife, Brandy, Arlington, GA; 

2 daughters:  Martha Lemert and husband, Stacy, Alvaton, KY and Rachel Coulter, Lafayette, TN; 

13 grandchildren:  Kailey, Ada Beth and Dawson Wolfe; Catie, Jacob, Skylan and Abby Lemert; Chris, Olivia, Emily and Troy Coulter and Paul Thomas and Madison Wolfe; 

5 great grandchildren:  Kaeson and Korbyn Dinkins; Paxton and Violet Coulter and Miles Givens. 

She was preceded in death by 4 brothers:  Donald Stout, Richard Stout, Buddy Stout and Charles Stout; a son-in-law:  Tyne Coulter and great grandson:  Parker Coulter. 

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick, Bro. Bill Lee and Bro. David Wolfe officiating and burial in Old Liberty Cemetery.  Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
