Update
A 2016 Nissan Altima operated by Ava Taylor of Smiths Grove was traveling westbound on Happy Valley Rd. when it stopped at the intersection with Veterans Outer Loop.
Authorities say Taylor pulled into the path of a 2015 Ford Escape operated by Rita Stafford of Cookeville, who was traveling eastbound on Happy Valley Rd.
Rita Stafford, a passenger identified as Robert Stafford and Taylor were transported by T.J. Samson Community Hospital for their injuries.
Stafford was later flown to TriStar Skyline Medical Center.

At least two people have been injured and what appears to be a head on collision at the four-way stop in front of Walmart and Marquee Cinemas.
First responders from the Glasgow Police Department, Glasgow Fire Department and Barren-Metcalfe EMS are on the scene. Traffic on Happy Valley Road has been at a standstill, but is starting to flow again.
This accident happened at approximately 2:46 p.m. this afternoon, this is a developing story.
