Allen ‘Dale’ Phelps, age 67, passed away in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on November 16, 2024. Allen was born on November 28, 1956. He is preceded in death by his parents Ellis and Alta May (Scoggins) Phelps, his life partner Angela Jo (Pickett) Parker, and his sister Martha Sue Phelps.
Allen is survived by his daughter Leslie Miller and his son Joshua Collins, both of Bowling Green. Eight grandchildren; Jerrion Eskridge, Brittney Miller, Makayla Miller (Lily), John Miller (Annagail), Braeleigh Collins, Adalynn Collins, Laila Collins, and Josian Collins. Two great-grandchildren; Rosaleigh Eskridge and Graceleigh Eskridge. Several extended family members also survive.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2024 with funeral service to be conducted at 12:00 p.m. all at the J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
