Carroll Lynn Eaton, age 54 of Scottsville, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held Friday, November 22, 2024 at 11am at Crafton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fountain Run Cemetery in Fountain Run, KY. Visitation will be from 4pm until 8pm Thursday and after 8am on Friday.
A native of Simpson County, he was the son of the late Garland and Ruby Davenport Eaton.
He was a graduate of Franklin Simpson High School. He loved to hunt and enjoyed fishing especially Bassmasters Tournaments. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He worked at TAF in Bowling Green for 26 years.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two bothers – Charles Eaton and Billy “Heavy” Eaton and one sister – Joyce Graham.
Survivors include his wife – Lisa Eaton of Scottsville; 3 children – Samantha Fortner of Rockfield, Marketta Hinton of Alvaton and Jessica Johnson of Bowling Green; brothers and sisters – Brenda, Richard, Shirley, Norma, Barbara Jean and Nancy Sue; grandchildren – Dylan Johnson, Addisin Hinton, Rylee Hinton and Noah Johnson along with several nieces and nephews.
