Leon Adams, 80 went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2024. Leon loved the Lord, his family and was dedicated to his life-long passion of building houses. Leon loved the Lord so much that some of his last words spoken was asking someone if they knew Jesus. Leon was quick to help others in need, kindhearted and had a big smile with an infectious laugh.
Leon and his wife Seretha were married 54 years and together raised their only daughter Amanda.
Leon is survived by his wife Seretha, daughter Amanda (Fred), grandchildren Carissa (Josh), Nick (Dulce) and Samantha. Three great grand children Kayla, Kevin and Liam. His siblings Bonnie, Earnest, Ed (Mary), Luetta (James), Taylor (Wanda) and Mary (Kennetha).
Leon is preceded in death by his parents Ed and Dorothy Adams and siblings Gary Wayne, Boone and Francis.
Visitation will be Monday December 23rd from 9:00 to 12:00 at J.C. Kirby on Broadway with services to follow at 12:00.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Leon’s name to Richardsville Baptist Church at 374 Threlkel Ferry Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
