Barren County guards Shelby Byrd and Katie Elmore were voted to the Girls’ 4th Region seasonal all region teams.
The all-region teams were released Monday. There were no Glasgow players selected to the girls’ teams, and no Barren or Glasgow players selected to the boys’ teams.
Byrd, a sophomore, led the 23-5 Trojanettes with 14.1 points per game this season. Elmore, a senior, was second in scoring with 8.6 per game.

Barren County and Glasgow face each other tonight at 6 p.m. in the first round of the Girls’ 15th District Tournament at Barren.
The boys’ district tournament begins Tuesday at Barren. The Trojans play Allen County-Scottsville at 6 p.m. Glasgow takes on Warren East at 7:30 p.m.
