A recent session of the Barren County Grand Jury has returned the following indictments:
37 year old Jamie Alexander Brown, of Knob Lick was indicted on eight counts: DUI 4th Offense, Fleeing Or Evading Police 1st Degree, Fleeing Or Evading Police 2nd Degree, Drug Paraphernalia, Operating A Motor Vehicle While License Revoked for DUI, Failure To Maintain Insurance, Reckless Driving and Persistent Felony Offender.
54 year old Stonnie Sullivan, of Cave City, was indicted on one count of Burglary 2nd Degree.
40 year old Wendell Doan, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of Failure To Comply With Sex Offender Registration.
51 year old Robert Suver, of Glasgow, was indicted on two counts: Tampering With Physical Evidence and Drug Paraphernalia.
41 year old Charity Firkins, of Lucas, was indicted on one count of Possession Of A Controlled Substance.
29 year old Matthew Young, of Cave City, was indicted on two counts: Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
26 year old Samuel Tyler Norris, of Cave City, was indicted on two counts: Theft By Unlawful Taking and Tampering With Physical Evidence.
39 year old Dewayne Junior Adkins, of Morgantown, was indicted on eight counts: Fleeing Or Evading Police (Motor Vehicle), Criminal Mischief, two counts of Wanton Endangerment, Fleeing Or Evading Police (On Foot), Operating On A Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License and Persistent Felony Offender.
49 year old Brian Marrs Proffitt, of Glasgow, was indicted on five counts: two counts of Sodomy 3rd Degree, Sexual Abuse and two counts of Terroristic Threatening.
