GLASGOW, Ky. — Fire officials in Glasgow responded to a car fire Tuesday.
Officials responded at 8:05 p.m. t0 517 West Main Street. A car was on fire in the parking lot of the area Shell gas station.
Personnel opened with extrication tools the hood of the vehicle. A connected hose from the fire engine was used to extinguish the fire. No other vehicles were involved.
Glasgow Fire Department was on scene for approximately 20 minutes, and they were assisted by Glasgow Police and Barren County Sheriff’s Department.
No other injuries were reported at the scene.
